GOSH. I am peeved, scared, annoyed, angry, and heart broken at the same time. Apparently, due to my Dad's laziness to put the firewall back up on our family computer, we got a bunch of viruses and then our computer had a hardware malfunction. My uncle, a computer wiz who worked for Microsoft in Seattle, came over for a family party New Year's day (which was about a day after it stopped working). He read the error reports that popped up in techie-language and told us what was going on. He said that it would be very easy to fix, and when my mom asked if we would still have all of our info on the hard-drive (she was freaked about losing her pict
